3. Third-party tools respect your boundaries.

This site may use Substack features or analytics to understand what’s working — but your personal data stays private. No creepy tracking, no hidden agendas. If I use something, I’ll say so.

4. AI, take a seat.

I’ve blocked AI tools from using this content for training. This blog is for humans, not machine mimicry. I am very firm on this point.

5. Be respectful — or be gone.
